PLENTY OF CRUMBZ to go around but we cleaned it up, left no crumbs behind 😗 Think PoBoy’s, Philly Cheesesteaks, Schnitties or Meatballs REIMAGINED in another type of bread roll, which I’m sure for many of the Footscray community are loving, TIGER BREAD (SESAME) ROLL. It is the perfect blend of Eastern and Western flavours in a sandwich. 🥩 philly cheesesteak sandwich 3.9/5 (if more onions + pepper 4.25/5) 🍤 po boy sandwich 4.25/5 🐓 parmadella (mortadella + chicken schnitzel) 3.8/5 🍟 curry chicken salt fries 4.8/5 🍵 earl grey matcha 4/5 🍵 honey jasmine matcha 4.25/5 ☕️ tiramisu 3.3/5 Highlight was definitely that tiger roll that soaks up all the homemade sauces. Definitely could do a bit more with the Philly Cheesesteak personally as someone who is recently exploring the phillies around Melbourne, but that Po Boy surprised me with its insane texture and punch of flavour. I gave the rating for the mortadella schnitty focaccia only bc IT IS SUPER SOLID and hits the spot but nothing crazy. I reckon if they added their own chilli oil or Asian twist given they are already on that trail I would explore that fun side more! Competing with I think 2 other great sandwich spots, this is one of the better ones with more potential to play with their own fire and spark.
