With their own housemade crema and handmade savoiardi, their tiramisu comes with an incredible spongy texture and a beautifully balanced crema. They also rotate and play between flavours along with the classic. I highly recommend their earl gray dulce which comes with a hint of floral light aftertaste. The classic is also delicious with a good amount of coffee flavour blended well into their savoiardi covered with a creamy mascarpone.
