Hands down my favourite tempura spot in Tokyo. I heard a lot about this Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. It only seats 12, open for only 2 hours a day, and run by a father and son team. Normally when you have tempura in Japan, it normally costs around $100+ but was surprised to find the set meal of 7 pieces of tempura to cost only $17 (¥1800). Queuing up half an hour before opening to be the first 12 to be seated was definitely a good idea, and it was amazing. 5 minutes walk from the train station too.
