HIDDEN BISTRO WITH NO SIGN IN TOKYO
@oneblogram ◀ Follow for more hidden food spots in Japan 🇯🇵
Tourists would never find this place.
There’s no sign outside… and it’s tucked away on the second floor.
But once you step inside,
you’ll see why Japanese media can’t stop talking about it.
Every dish here feels elevated.
The homemade cheesecake hits with a subtle white truffle aroma — rich but not overwhelming.
The cheese omelette is insanely creamy, packed with mushroom and truffle flavor.
And the highlight…
red wine braised beef cheeks.
Slow-cooked until it’s fork-tender, with a deep, rich sauce that just melts into the meat.
Don’t miss this either —
tomato cream pasta loaded with ikura and hairy crab.
Rich, slightly sweet, and full of umami in every bite.
📍 Nou (Meguro, Tokyo)
• Homemade Cheesecake with White Truffle Aroma ¥1,200
• Cheese Omelette with Truffle & Mushroom Cream Sauce ¥2,400
• Tomato Cream Pasta with Ikura & Hairy Crab ¥3,400
• Red Wine Braised Beef Cheeks ¥5,200
✅PS:
they’ve started offering an Omakase course (¥12,000)
It’s actually one of the best ways to experience this place.
You’ll get a full lineup:
Appetizers, their signature dumplings,
omelette, fritto, a meat main,
and their crab & ikura pasta to finish.
Notes:
The menu may change daily.
If you’re not sure what to order,
this is definitely the move ;)
