We finally visited Hina Sushi @hinasushi_official and were seriously impressed. For just around ¥5,000 per person, you get uni, otoro, unagi and more — made fresh to order. So much better than conveyor belt sushi! You start off with Chawanmushi (savory egg custard) and a serving of today’s special sushi. Then you can choose up to 20 pieces of your favorites. You can eat all you want for 2 full hours! (Last order is 90 minutes) English menu is available so it’s super easy to order.
