It’s a drink and dessert at the same time. The matcha cuts through the sweetness of the pudding so the flavours work well together 🍌🍵. Defs recommend this one! They have so many other cool drinsk too! The egg coffee is a popular one 🫣. There’s ube, pandan, coconut and a lot more! The fish shaped mochi waffles defs have a solid serving of soft serve 🍦. You can top it off with your choice of toppings as well. Plus the waffles are made fresh 🤩. 📍15/37 Corsair Ave, Inala @saigonplaza 🔖 save this for later & follow @foodxbne for more food finds ☺️ #brisbanefood #brisbaneanyday #brisbane #brisbanefoodie #brisbanedessert #brisbaneeats

It actually slaps, I would gate keep it but it’s too good 🤩! They have a range of bbq meats that are cooked fresh daily 😮💨! Ngl everything we’ve had is extremely flavourful. The duck is actually so juicy and tender 🥩. If you want duck but don’t love the bones, Khang can de-bone it for you, he’s actually a master at it 👀. The pork ribs were top tier, it’s a must try imo. The taste is simple but so yummy! Any bbq meat from here with rice and some stir fried veggies is THE ideal meal 🫡. 📍Saigon Plaza, Inala @saigonplaza 🔖 save this for later & follow @foodxbne for more food finds ☺️".

They use charcoal and most if not all the meat/seafood are marinated 😋. Vietnamese marinade is so good! It’s kinda sweet, savoury and packed with lots of herbs so it both smells and tastes yummy. We got the seafood set which is for 2 people but it could definitely feed 3 🐙🦐. We also added on some meat and oysters! The oysters are so good because it’s topped with peanuts and shallots 🦪. We actually got them to cook it for us. You can get them to cook everything for you actually 😱. So if you’re not in the mood for cooking yourself. Our favourite was the banh hoi though. It’s a platter with grilled meats, noodles and veggies and you can make your own rice paper rolls. It’s so fresh and tasty 🥬! The jellyfish and prawn salad goes really well with it too. This is a really great spot for big groups because everything is basically made to share. But you can also get individually dishes. 📍 @saigonplaza 37 Corsair Ave, Inala 4077 🔖 save this for later & follow @foodxbne for more food finds ☺️ #brisbane #brisbanefood #brisbaneanyday #brisbanefoodie #brisbanerestaurants #brisbanebbq
