📍Tsujihan - the most mountainous kaisen don, with the freshest of sashimi - the one I had, which included uni, crab, and salmon roe, was just $17 😩
📍Wagyu Idaten - such a dreamy wagyu bento set for just $16.48, r u kidding me 😭
📍Roast Beef Ohno - pure indulgence, with melty slices of wagyu beef wrapped around a mountain of rice, and topped with a golden egg yolk, for $14.92😭
📍Chibo Okinomiyaki - okonomiyaki = a must try dish in Osaka, and this spot is one of the BEST. 🔥
📍Yakiniku Kitan - someone tell me how this Wagyu bento set is just $14.11 😭 AND you get a private dining room, making it feel like a luxury meal while you’re paying fast casual prices 🥹
📍Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsura - beloved, versatile Gyukatsu spot that always has a line, no matter which location you visit. The bonus is the onsen egg on the side for dipping 🤤
📍Miko Sushi - unreal “uni paradise” omakase experience for just $100 USD — a MUST for uni lovers 🧡
📍Rare Tendon - still have dreams about this black wagyu beef tempura bowl — made to iced, with the most tender, drool worthy beef, dipped in fresh tempura batter 🫶
📍Genkai-don - no frills kaisen don, where the quality & freshness speaks for itself 🥹 the one I had included fresh scallop, fatty tuna, uni, ikura, conger eel, salmon, and was just $13.56 😭😭😭
📍Onigiri Gorichan - this spot puts all other onigiri to shame — the SIZE, the quality of ingredients, the unique flavors 🥹
📍Chiyomatsu - best tonkatsu I’ve ever had, by far, period. The meat itself is soo tender & juicy and my normal size was a heaping bowl for just $9.16 😩
📍Beef Cutlet Restaurant koushuya - could eat this gyukatsu over and over again 🤤🤤🤤 a must visit if you visit Lake Kawaguchiko.
