Why is vietnamese bbq different from the other bbqs? They use charcoal and most if not all the meat/seafood are marinated 😋. Vietnamese marinade is so good! It’s kinda sweet, savoury and packed with lots of herbs so it both smells and tastes yummy.
We got the seafood set which is for 2 people but it could definitely feed 3 🐙🦐. We also added on some meat and oysters! The oysters are so good because it’s topped with peanuts and shallots 🦪. We actually got them to cook it for us. You can get them to cook everything for you actually 😱. So if you’re not in the mood for cooking yourself.
Our favourite was the banh hoi though. It’s a platter with grilled meats, noodles and veggies and you can make your own rice paper rolls. It’s so fresh and tasty 🥬! The jellyfish and prawn salad goes really well with it too.
This is a really great spot for big groups because everything is basically made to share. But you can also get individually dishes.
