This is definitely a different vibe for Inala, something you honestly would expect 😮💨. Like Inala got fancy with this restaurant. It’s kinda gives the vibe of an oasis, honestly it’s kind of a refreshing look.
It’s built on 2 concepts - plate and bowl. Bowl is the dine in option and plate is a quick, convenient, ready made meals. It reminded up of Evra a little 🤩. There’s around 10-20 home cooked style dishes that will change weekly.
The bowl menu is relatively small but has both noodle and rice options. Our favourite was the com tam. The plate was filled and I like how they actually had everything com tam should have, not just the meat 🍚. The bun bo hue had a solid amount of meat and you get lots of vegetables with it 🍜. I do wish it had more satay flavour personally. The hu tieu had quite a decent portion of seafood and they even use Australian spanner crab 🦀. Price wise, it is more on the expensive side for Inala. But I think this is the start of Inala’s glow up ✨.
They did just open so still in their soft launch phase so some dishes maybe not be available on certain days. Do give them some grace until they settle.
